Packages can be flexible to need – i.e. a starter half day package with Skype follow up is often a good initial investment. Alternatively we offer Skype Coaching.

Sarah Baynes heads up The Confidence Method as an Associate of the Gravitas Method. She has worked extensively in media and the city. She was a Commissioner at Channel 4 for many years including being responsible for Big Breakfast/T4 and other programmes including spending several years with ITN. She set up the first terrestrial broadcaster website and has always been a pioneer in this space. She has launched Channels in the Middle East, running training programmes for financial institutions in India and has run digital pitch workshops for a digital programme in Copenhagen.
Sarah brings with her experience in the art of business strategy and storytelling as well as 15 years as a coach empowering those she works with. She is an expert in bringing out the best in those she works with to give them confidence and let them shine, on stage, in the boardroom or in their teams. She has worked across the globe delivering coaching, consultancy and creative thinking to household names. She often works in the city helping craft the stories of business and finance. Recently she was Executive Director of the Children’s Global Media Summit 2017, which brought together key stake holders in the future of children’s media. She is a speaker, moderator and panelist at numerous events and as a coach she can transform individuals and teams as they step up to new challenges.
Will Goodhand blends board level brand & communications expertise with a background in performance as a stand-up comedian, and work as a trainer.
This enables Will to work throughout the levels of the organisation, strengthening the skills of individuals and teams, in ongoing work and in critical situations such as The Pitch. Participants benefit from insight into projecting themselves, gaining confidence in front of seniors and honing the messages they project about their business/ brand.
Will has worked in organisations of all sizes from micro-enterprises to board-level roles in large organisations. He has consulted to brands across a range of industries regarding how they refine their messaging and positioning, encompassing innovations, brand & communications and customer experience. He brings a strong digital perspective from his recent role as Innovation Director with WPP’s Kantar TNS. Will has wide experience of pitching, presenting at board level and on conference platforms, sharing keynote billing with Justin Trudeau at the Leading Social Change Conference in Toronto.
