We run video conferencing or face to face coaching packages to help you find your gravitas, confidence, and presence within. It is for you (and your team) if:
- You worry (or have been told) that you currently lack the gravitas to step up to the role you want
- You have been invited to speak at an event and need coaching support to ensure you feel yourself, poised and confident
- You want to succeed in a new role and need a new style
- You don’t speak up in meetings and it’s holding you back. Or others talk over you
- Your manner lets you down in teleconferences or media interviews
We run coaching packages globally for leaders as a combination of video coaching, face to face and telephone support. Packages work in a bespoke, personalised, and practical way. We want you and your team to come away from our coaching able to apply skills instantly. We want you to have a really practical toolkit that you can use to feel confident, polished and ready for your moments in the spotlight, so you get great feedback and traction when you speak.
We work with C Suite Executives, senior leaders, founders and high potential teams and future leaders. We can create blended programmes mixing individual pre-calls, whole group sessions, and individual follow up. We can craft something to suit your budget and your requirements and are always happy to explore on a call.
Our Coaching is suitable for:
- Board and senior leaders – to help you step up to new roles, or to continue your development to meet new challenges
- High Potentials – the recently promoted, or the ambitious – we can help you make the transition to a new role, ensure you get the role you want, or support your high potentials to step up in their new position
- Teams – we can create a blended programme of virtual video coaching and face to face group sessions for larger groups to build an integrated toolkit for gravitas and leadership presence.
How it works:
- We arrange a chemistry call or meeting. We explore your purpose for the coaching and your objectives. This can involve other sponsors, communications executives, or Chief of Staff if it’s helpful to bring other members of the core team in to explore.
- We are happy to review footage before starting the programme to benchmark current levels.
- We create a learning path that fits your learning needs and timeline. Our coaching programmes are usually 3, 6 or 12 months – but we are highly bespoke and can fit any timeline. Sessions are usually monthly.
- Coaching is applied and we will support you to prepare for key events – speeches, Board meetings, Executive Committee etc so that you can use the coaching to benchmark your new confidence and success as you build your toolkit.
- We provide ongoing phone and email support during and after coaching.
